The demo is the easy part. Production is where the model earns its keep, or doesn’t. What decides it: whether answers stay grounded in your data, what a mistake costs, what it costs to run at your volume, and what happens when the model is wrong. That engineering is the actual work.

08 · Before you ask
Asked before every engagement.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, documentation, and infrastructure accounts are assigned to you in writing at handover. Nothing is licensed back, nothing is held.
How does the timezone difference work?
We run on UTC+8. Most of the work is written anyway: scopes, decisions, and progress live in documents you can read in your own morning.
What happens when the engagement ends?
You keep a system your side can run. Handover includes the documentation, the credential transfer, and an overlap period for questions. It is complete only when an engineer who has never seen the project could extend it.
How do we start?

What size of project fits?
From a focused integration to a full internal platform. But not every job fits: we are not staff augmentation, and not a fifty-seat delivery organization. If that is what you need, we will say so on the first email.
What does an engagement cost?
Fixed scope for defined projects, or a monthly engagement for ongoing work. The pricing model and the project price are stated in the discovery document, before you commit to anything.
